Oldboy movie subtitles

Must I use VirtualDubMod to splice these in like I plan to do wiith the audio when I want to play them back, or can I just place them in the same directory as the avi and will Vobsub pick them up? Also, in order to save time (I have a slow pc) if I was to choose two audio tracks at once, as well as the two corresponing subtitles, would AutoGk create two subtitle files, or just one, which contains both and can be interchangeable. I hope to use external subtitles for these tracks. The problem is that there are 3 commentaries, each with their own subtitle track. This film is in Korean, so I will be using burnt on English subtitles (for standalone compatibility). Then, whenever I want the commentary, I use VirtualDubMod to demux the film audio, and replace it with the commentary. Later, I run another encode, but this time i select the commentary track, and stop encoding after AutoGk has encoded from AC3 to MP3. I encode as normal with the main audio track, so in my avi, I have video and the main audio. Normally, when a dvd comes with a commentary track I use the follwing method.
